very rude customer service

<p>My Husband bought me a phone from Green Mobile Connect, phone had problems 2nd day upon receipt. after 2weeks a loan phone was send of which im currently using, the phone switches on and off randomly as we speak, being the wife i called the call center to inquire about my initial phone, I spoke to Thulisile Masilela, who was extremely rude telling me the way i am not their customer i should get my husband to be the one laying a complaint, I tried to expalin that he bought the phone for me as a gift, I am the one using it, and i am experiencing problems with the loan phone I got, Thuli would not hear me, she was so blatantly rude when i asked her for her manager or supervisor she told me they are all not around . she told me straight she will not listen to my story and wont entertain me.</p>
