Pathetic Service

I took a cell phone contract 2014 at green connect, since I receive the phone, I haven't been pleased at all, first the charge stop working, I had to use my other charger, then the charging point pin went inside the phone and when I called them about the issue they told me to take the phone to MTN outlets where I was told that Blackberry smart phones are not repairable, I contacted green connect again, then they told me to bring the phone to their office, I drove there find that they don't work on weekends, I had to take my phone for repair and pay the cost, then again for 3 months they been deducting the full fee R499 from my account while the what was promised I am receiving, for my contract I was suppose to receive R100 airtime, 25 sms's and 100mb data, but for past 3 months I have been not receiving any data while the deduct their full instalment. I so disappointed with service that I received from GREEN CONNECT the promised people lies to only get the deal.
