Bad Service

I received such poor service at the shoprite at this mall, the cashier left me in line and assisted her 2 friends that had just walked in the store and I did not get any apology from her. And It's not the first time I receive such bad service. I wrote to this website hoping I get some sort of feedback a simple apology would do. The service at this Branch is terrible the lady that assisted me goes by the name of Nolthando
