Very poor service
Waited for my order for 30 minutes while other orders are released in front of me! I'm persuaded to wait for another 10 minutes when I demand a refund. Disappointed 😞

No proper signage for drivers when they are not supposed to park
Good day I Mr Ayanda mbanjwa was so disappointed with an experienced that I have received with a Bantu greater Edendale Mall in Pietermaritzburg , I on the 31 march 2026 Tim 14:00 I have visited the mall to withdraw money and pay some of my accounts , as I saw the parking sport where every one was parking by the food court , intended to park for less them 15 minutes with a aim to withdraw some cash and move , when I can back within 30 minutes my car was clamped and there were not proper visible signage starting if you park there for a certain time you will be clamped , I fill that they profiled my vehicle that is was a BMW , and I was clamped and charged R250 , I was disappointed that just for visiting to spend money I was charged without no warning ⚠️
