Wors Customer service GWM SA

Worst customer service ever. I had a dent with my P300. Needed side bin. Booked the car in 2025 december for jan 2026 repairs. Jan 2026 i took the car in to the panel beater as arranged by insurance. Its now Feb 2026 the spare part has not been delivered by GWM. I have called the customer line and spoke to Fabian. The excuse for the delay is ridiculous. Car for hire has lapsed and they are not interested in offering a car for hire from the GWM/Haval Alphine hillcrest. No one is interested to assist yet the problem is on their side.
