There is no service - it is not even disgustingly bad - it is non-existent!

<p>Our GWM in Swaziland had an accident more than 3 months ago - according to the local agent (who is also totally hopeless), they are still waiting after more than 2,5 months for parts from GWM SA so that the panel beaters can start repairing the vehicle!! The insurers just shrug their shoulders as well and no-one seems to care one bit - just the same old story about waiting for parts. The parts could have been sent by SHIP from China and back to China 4 times already! Maybe the ship was highjacked off Somalia?? This is even worse than the pathetic service we have experienced from GWM in the past - most regretable day of my life when I stupidly decided to buy a "cheap" bakkie! Most costly mistake I have ever made!</p>
