Poor Service

I Traded in my Honda Civic for a Second hand Tata Xenon that the garage was selling, on the way home after collecting the vehicle on Saturday 12 December 2015, I discovered a lot of problems with the vehicle, which I reported to Isaac, there was a heavy play on the steering and it was a battle to keep the vehicle on the road, the shocks were bad, the flicker unit was not working properly and the clutch was slipping among others, I then asked Isaac how it was possible that the vehicle went through the AA 101 Point check with these defects which makes the vehicle non road worthy, he then told me that they don't drive very far for the AA check. After a lot of backwards and forwards calling to them I eventually convinced them to collect my car and repair it, they collected it on Wednesday the 23rd of December, The vehicle was there by them until Friday the 22nd of January, I have received my vehicle back but now the hooter does not work, the wiper stuffs around both of which did work and they still did not repair the shocks and the clutch still slips, after phoning Isaac again I still have not received a acceptable answer why these have not been repaired, just excuses
