Poor customer service and unprofessional
My wife and I recently visited Haval Eldoraigne Centurion and unfortunately, we experienced very poor service. The F&I representative, Wendy, was unprofessional and brought her emotions into the workplace, influencing the dealer principal who did not address the issue. We were approved for a Haval Julion 1.5T City Plus, but when we inquired about additional products and extras, Wendy was unhappy with our questions and insisted that these products were mandatory without considering our needs.
As a result, we decided not to proceed with the purchase because none of the F&I staff were willing to assist us due to our questions about the OTP. They only provided information about the monthly installment and were not transparent about the details of the added items. The vehicle included a smash-and-grab feature that we could not opt out of, and it was financed, meaning we would have to pay interest on all the added items.
The dealership has the worst F&I staff, and the dealer principal was unable to resolve the situation. Wendy claimed there were no regulations governing the addition of these products and that they could include them without informing the client. I believe our treatment at Haval Eldoraigne Centurion was influenced by our skin color, despite Ronny, the salesperson, doing his best to assist us. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning, and while I love Haval, the **** happening at this dealership is troubling. FSCA needs to check this so-called F&I they are worse than Ponzi scheme, they are reaping people unaware.
