Poor customer service

I bought the new GWM P - Series 4 x 4 double cab August 2021, in January 2023 took the vehicle for Service in Mahikeng, after a week the vehicle showed a sign of an ENGINE TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH while in Klerksdorp. Called for road assistance and they towed the vehicle to Mega Theron Group in Klerksdorp... To date I haven't got the vehicle back.
