Phoned and emailed for parts

I phoned and emailed GWM Vereeniging and asked for a H5 2012 GWM 4X2 INSIDE DOOR HANDLE. Driver side. My inside door handle broke off. The person even told me he will order the part - which he doesnt have from his main branch and he will phone me back with a estimate date that the part will be at Vereeniging. Before that I even send an email. Till today - a week later the part guy did not phone me back. I am so unhappy. Do I have to travel all the way to the main center from Heilbron ?
