Pay for parts not received

<p>I ordered brake pads for my GWM H5 on Monday, and for some reason, they asked me to pay for the parts before they order it.</p> <p>I was told that it will be there on Wednesday, but on Wednesday it did not arrive. It is now Friday and it is still not there.</p> <p>I use my vehicle for business, and therefore need to use it allot, so I asked that they refund my money so I can see if I can find pads somwhere else. The answer was that they have a non return policy and can not give me a refund. I then asked to speak to the DP who could not take my call, and was supposed to phone me back, but that also did not happen.</p> <p>I think this it terrible service and I will never buy a GWM agian.</p> <p> </p>
