PATHETIC service from GWM Centurion!!!!

<p>On Thursday, 14 July 2016, I booked my vehicle in for a service at GWM Centurion on the C/O Lenchen South and South Streets in Centurion, Gauteng. There was two problems with my bakkie namely, the check engine light was on, and the clutch was shuddering. I told them that I had the bakkie looked at and that the diagnostics came back with a error on the glow plug relay and glow plugs. I booked it in for its 80 000km service and requested that the problems be attended to as well. I knew that the 80000km service was the cam belt service so it would take longer than usual to service the vehicle. Roughly 14:00 Thursday afternoon, I received a phone call from Lizaan at the service desk who booked my bakkie in for a service, and she confirmed the price and I agreed that they can continue to service my vehicle. I asked her what would have caused the engine light to come on. She asked if she could phone me back and I agreed and waited for her to phone me back. She never returned the phone call. On Friday 15/07/2016 I had to phone them again to request an update as to what is happening with my vehicle. Again I spoke to Lizaan and asked about the engine light, in which she rep**** that my boost pipes was burst so that would cause me to struggle to pull away, and also cause the engine lights problem. I told her that they were replaced and that we need to check if they are still under warranty. We found that they are not under warranty, and so they needed to be replaced. In the same phone call she said that they were finished with the service, and only need to put it on the diagnostics machine to check for any errors. She phoned me back later to say that the engine light is still on and the diagnostics test came back with an error on the glow plug relay and glow plugs, after which I said, I told you so. When I picked my bakkie up from the dealership on Friday afternoon the engine light was still on, and my clutch still shudders. When I drove away from the dealership the engie of my bakkie had a very unsettling sound which was not there when I booked it in. I immediatly phone the dealership and informed them, as I was making my way back to them. The service manager came out and had a listen to my engine and said that it sounds like the Hy****ic Lifters. I told him that it was not doing that when I booked it in and I want it fixed, after which his reply was to drive it the weekend and see if it gets better. I told him that I will be bringing it back monday 18/07/2016 (Today). I took it back this morning and left it there for them to fix. I received a phone call this afternoon around 13:00 from one of the ladies at the service centre informing me that they cleaned my valves and the sound in my engine is still there but a lot softer. I WANT IT GONE!!! She also said that the they need to replace the glow plug and the glow plug relay(which was replaced) and it would cost me another R7K -R8K. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable! I will never buy a GWM again, and make sure that no one I know Buys one! I have had nothing but problems from GWM and their promises are nothing but meaningless words!! </p>
