Outstanding Customer Care Representative

Dear GMW SA

I just want to give thanks to Altricia Mackett from Customer Care. Back in March 2025 I had tremendous issues with my vehicle that was booked in for a repair and after 6 weeks was still not repaired.

I contact the customer care team and Altricia was my contact. She was outstanding, amazing, caring and best of all she followed through with her commitments.

I really want to give a big thank you to her and hope that with-in GWM SA she is also seen for the great work ethic and customer centric approach she has.
