No service GWM Vereeniging Beethoven street

I have ordered a part and paid for it Front right door lock on 15 Feb 2022. Beginning of Feb I already ordered this part - when I went to fetch my part it was for the wrong door. (15 Feb 2022) Model CC6461KM19. I phone weekly to GWM VEREENIGING - PARTS PIETER. Every time a different excuse. Twice it was Covid at your head office no one to supply parts. Then the gwm part changed owners and they are waiting for stock. Until today I had to phone every time - still no part - I paid on the 15 Feb already. Pieter at Parts gives no service - no call back and updates. I have to phone every time just to get a new excuse - I am fed-up. No after sales for parts - Still no Front right door lock assembly ***-k80 driver side front. R1317.90 excl vat - still no part - no call - One and a half months later- If you drive a GWM know parts are a problem
