No pcv valve available

We bought a 2021 GWM Steed 5 last year. I like the bakkie, although my husband complains that it isn't very powerful. The reason for my complaint is that we cannot find a single pcv valve in the whole South Africa! It costs only R35, but it causes my bakkie to stand it the garage. How on earth can you not have parts for a vehicle?? The engine light is on, because the valve doesn't work correctly, so we cannot drive it. How can you run out of parts??
