No Customer Care

On their Website GWM states "For complete peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive after-sales support, and always strive daily to go the extra mile to ensure all Haval owners receive the best assistance they may require at any time." Apparently, staff working at GWM are not aware of this commitment. Trying to phone them is a waste of time as their voice recording goes on and on without someone that answers a phone. Emails sent to Customer Care are also ignored. Their Haval cars are fantastic cars but the same cannot be said of their non-existent Customer Care. You also would not be able to contact their Roadside Assistance in case of an accident if phones are not answered. Take note of this lack of support before buying a GWM product. Local dealers are also not properly trained to solve complaints regarding the sophisticated systems in the car.
