No after sales service

I bought a car December from them, I informed Jacques that the Owners manual , service booklet and driver footrest is outstanding, after many calls and sms's that I made they never once came back to me. after 3 visits and many promises to courier it, every time an excuse after excuse to not provide it and 6 months later still nothing, I contacted my financial institution to complain about it and now they claim that I said that I will get it at my own cost , what a disappointment of a business are they. hope they never sell a car again
