Just money with no repairs

Hi GWM,

I am writing this review based on a very bad service I have received from one of your repair centers.

on the 6th of July, my vehicle was towed in to your repair center in Roodepoort 42 Ontdekkers. on the 12th of July we received a quote of stating what needs to be replaced at the value of R30,000. On the 14th the quote was paid in full and was informed that the parts will be ordered and replaced.

Since then no one called or email me. On the 28th July we sent a follow up email asking for feedback regarding the repaid and was informed that the vehicle is still in workshop and will be kept updated on the repair.

on the 29th I received another quote stating that this will be the last parts remaining to ensure the vehicle is in good running conditions at the value of R5,000.

Since then I was told to wait another 4 working days before I can collect the vehicle.

on the 5th of August I did another follow up since no one contacted me, just to discover that they are still repairing the vehicle and was informed that by Monday they will have feedback.

Today on the 8th of August we had to follow up with them again since no one ever calls or emails unless I have to follow up. I was informed that the repair was not successful and they require additional parts yet again which cost more money.

What happened to getting things right the first time ? why do you send quotations that is not factual ? why do you keep asking for money when your staff is *********** with repairs ? I am frustrated and tired of the same issues over and over again. At this moment it seems like the items that was replaced was not the fault of the car because each time I follow up you guys have new items to replace on your list.

I want my car fixed and I will not add any additional cent out of my pocket for unskilled mechanics that does not know how to do fault findings before quoting a customer incorrectly.
