Juan provides poor customer service

I bought a vehicle from GWM eastrand, my first big purchase, my car recently broke down and I was told it had just come from service, apparently the slave cylinder was not working or damaged, I was serviced by Juan and he has displayed poor customer service, ******** and dismissive, he undermines every message that I have sent to him it’s almost a month without my car and I have no means of transport. I have been waiting for three weeks for a courtesy car still no provision no update on the progress of the repair. Please dont buy your car at GWM eastrand
