I was promised the world but sitting with sand

Not even sure where to begin, there is so much. I purchased a vehicle that I saw online and collected it on saturday 09/10/2016.<br> 1. I am still awaiting for the amended contract that was promised to be delivered to me yesterday 11/01/2016 as discussed between myself Raeno and Lucinda at the branch. I asked Reano about it yesterday and he said he will not send it, the bank will send me a letter, why tell me otherwise on Saturday, just so I can take the car and he has his sale?<br> 2. There is something wrong with the car which is even too embarrassing to mention here which I need sorted out but no one seems to be taking me serious I even spoke to the manager. The dealer had no apology, no sympathy no nothing.<br> 3. I had advised Raeno of my budget and about my first installment and he promised me the world, but now im way above the budget than what was agreed. <br> 4. I need written confirmation of all that was promised, the payment for the pro-rata, the first installment, the amended contract, the issue with the car to be sorted out and compensation for all of this.<br> <br> Truly disappointed in you GWM, I was hoping to have a good experience with my first vehicle, but instead im in misery.
