I baught a nissan navara a year ago which i cannot drive.

<p>To whom it may concern. <br />I purchased a Nissan Navara double cab 4x4 bakkie from GWM motors and 4X4 centre in Trichardt Mpumalanga in the beginning of June 2015. and I had it for three days.I came to the conclusion that the vehicle has a faulty engine. As it is smoking and there is an oil leak. I took it back to them for repair. I got the vehicle back two weeks later and nothing was done on it, they said they fixed it. I took it back repeatedly,. all together the vehicle was there eight times in a matter of more or less 10 months. They braught it back for the last time and then all of a sudden the turbo did not work, I had no other choice but to send it back to them AGAIN. They made me purchase a new turbo. I got the vehicle back and it is still not fixed. I called them to make them aware of such, their responce " we wont fix it because we spent too much money on the vehicle." I did not buy it as is. I baught it from a dealership. *Casper Laten* who sold me the car and his manager *Jaco Venter* did not tell me they are selling me a faulty vehicle. Whilst the Nissan was with them for repairs,They gave me various other vehicles to use for the time, one of the rental cars was a Ford Territory, wich I used for +/-six days, according toe Jaco Venter the vehicle got bumped during that time. They expect me to pay for such. Now they are blaming me for a dent in the rear bumper.</p>
