Haval Brakes Claim

Brakes were replaced by Haval, but there is a weird sound when braking. Now for almost 2 months the dealer is apparently awaiting approval on my claim. I hear absolutely nothing unless I contact them. The answer is always the same.. we are waiting for the claim to be approved. I will definitely NOT recommend buying a vehicle from them.
