GWM service pathetic

I booked in my car on 1 May 2025 at GWM Montana Pta due to a turbo failure.P-Series still under warranty. It took GWM 3 days to authorise the warranty claim to put in a new turbo. Its now far over a week that the dealership are awaiting the parts to complete the repair. I have been without a car for nearly 3 weeks now. It is pathetic service , nobody cares and you can complain and nobody listens.
