GWM service

On the 7/10/2015, I took my car in for a routine service (80 000km), it was in excellent running condition and was well looked after with the service record up to date. After leaving the car for a routine service at a cost of R10000, we were told the car will not be ready and that we would need to fetch it the following morning. The following morning, we were informed that the car was misfiring and needed additional tests. We were told that one of the four fuel injectors was not working properly and needed to be sent to a specialist in Veereninging. A few days later we were told that the injectors were not up to specification and needed to be replaced at a cost of R20000. We decided that we would like our original fuel injectors to be placed into the vehicle and the the car should be in the same running condition that we had taken the car in and then we would pay for the R10000 service. It has been 4 weeks later and we are still waiting for our beloved vehicle!!! (We suspect our car parts were siphoned off, we will lay a complaint to the newspaper, the motor ombudsman and GWM. Your service is highly questionable.
