GWM SA head office bad service

<p>I took my GWM 2.4 Steed5 to Select Auto GWM dealer in Centurion for a 60 00km service and a idling problem (everytime i stop it cuts out and i have to restart or kick start it) they serviced the Bakkie for a normal price and cleaned the throttle body for R600. Since cleaning the throttle body didnt resolve the problem and Select Auto GWM is far, i decided to take it GWM Centrurion. The treatment was perfect from a lady called Lezahn. They re-cleaned the throttle body but the problem didnt go away, so the changed the throttle body and rewired the bakkie at NO COST(called it warranty work). The problem is still there and getting worse veryday. I took the bakkie back and i was advised that Select Auto GWM never reported that my bakkie has got a throttle body problem and since its out of warranty they cant help me anymore.</p> <p>Lezhan told me that GWM knows about this problem and its mostly happening on the 2.2 engines, a day later she showed me a job card for another GWM steed5 2.4 having EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AS MINE.</p> <p> </p> <p>DOES gwm south africa WAS PEOPLE TO DIE BEFORE ATTENDING TO THESE PROBLEMS</p> <p> </p>
