GWM locking system are bad

I pick up that the lock system on my bakkie dont work 100% after my fishing rods get ****** out it. The front left hand side if the door are not closed 100% it still lock with with the remote but if u push it close it dont lock it stay open and the other doors stay lock. I contact GWM with the problem they say that i must take it to the dealer where i bought it .So i did the workshop manager did look at it they then bring the same bakkie and it to did the same he told me that its how its been design for if you lock your key inside it how can you if you lock it with the remote HaHaHa. I send a mail back to the client department of GWM and till now not a thing back from them. The bad part of the hole thing are i cant claim my stuff back from my assurance because there are no force entry or a window been broken.
