GWM has no customer service

GWM customer service is non- existent. Phone calls are not answered and email queries are ignored. GWM makes excellent cars like the Haval H6 HEV that I enjoy driving but apparently is not willing to update software to correct frustrating aspects of the car as mentioned in many test reports of this car.
