GWM - GREAT WALL MOTORS......WARNING.....

<p>On the 18th August I ordered and paid for a new Radiator for our GWM MULTIWAGON from a lady called INSHA at GWM, GOODWOOD, Cape TOWN. We gave her all the relevant information. It didn't arrive on the quoted day. Since then it has been a nightmare of Promises, Lies, and Apologies. We've been fobbed off so many times, Finally the Radiator was delivered last Friday, 2nd September. The Mechanic came to fit it on Monday only to find out it is the WRONG Radiator, so the old one was re-fitted -@ extra expense to us.</p> <p>I was advised to contact DEENA, THE PARTS MANAGER of GWM DURBAN and so numerous 'phone calls later giving him all the information - he said he would deal with it.... I am still waiting. I also sent various mails to GWM, I've even mailed GWM China!, I was finally advised this morning that the Radiator was obtained from an UNAUTHORIZED GWM DEALER. GWM have given us two options - have the Radiator modified (we pay) or return it and get a refund as there is NOT ONE Radiator for our vehicle in South Africa!!.</p> <p>We are Pensioners, my husband has had to cancel two medical appointments. Shabby Service.</p> <p> </p> <p>So please be warned if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from GWM - their website page quoting the ease of obtaining parts and spares is simply not true.</p>
