GWM Edenvale / GWM SA Shocking Service

I had my brand new GWM P Series bakkie serviced at GWM Edenvale. When I collected my vehicle, it was bumped against a wall. Incident happen, I understand this.

What followed was the worst service I ever got. The dealer principal, Graham, treated me so poorly, as if I was not even there. This is just shocking to think that a senior manager could deal with customers like this. I then thought to escalate this to Haval South Africa. I did so via email.... Guess poor service runs in the culture. I emailed the 21st of December...and again 28 December, No response!!! I am cutted at how poor GWM treats their customers, this, after your staff damaged my new vehicle, I would not recommend GWM to anyone, be aware!
