GWM East London - service? What service?

I was recently in East London on holiday and wanted to have my engine light cleared for a faulty O2 sensor that I was aware of but couldn't afford to replace just yet. I went to GWM in East London and asked if they could help because being on a long trip I wanted to be sure that if there was a problem with my car the engine light would still go on. They were so unhelpful and the guy at the service desk kept going back to the service manager to ask if they could help and after going in and out about 3 times eventually said he would charge me for a diagnostics test if I wanted it done. This was just basically to tell me to leave and they weren't going to help me. I got in my bakkie and left.... Useless lot....I got it cleared privately and it's been fine. I'm considering other brands for my replacement vehicle now because what's the point of having a bakkie you can't get help with outside of Joburg.
