GWM

I have been trying to get the central locking box that is in the front door of the vehicle. When i phone Richardsbay branch they do not answer their phone and the spare part guy is never on duty or when i went there he was not at work at all and they had to phone him to find out where he is. I phoned Durban the lady tried helping me but was very busy and said she will call me back. So where do i go from here. It is not the first time we struggle to get service out of GWM
