Excellent Service from GWM Service Advisor

This review is for my service advisor at GWM Midrand - Fikile Fatyela

Fikile is really an amazing service advisor. I went through a rough patch with GMW Midrand where my GWM Pseries was there for almost nine weeks to sort out an issue with the clutch/gearbox/torque converter/whatever the actual issue could be. It was a really frustrating time for me with lots of issues from the "not the customer's issue" point of view but the customer got stuck without a vehicle for nine weeks, I'll leave it at that and not go into the "loan" details.

Throughout this time Fikile was really a shining light. He kept me up to date and discussed the situation with me when my car was at 3rd party service providers as to what the status of the repairs are, etc.

The only reason I would go back to GWM Midrand for services, etc. is because of him and the Technician, Lefe, that worked on my Pseries.
