Dont by GWM no part available EVER

Beginning of May 2018 our GWM Steed bakkie's wiper motor broke. We then continued to phone GWM Cape Gate in order for us to obtain the part. Easy right.. not so easy. They did not have the part in stock and we where told to just keep on phoning them untill they do have stock. Exellent customer service dont you think... anyways middle of June we were finally told that their Johannesburg branch now have stock and that they will order the motor should take 3 or 4 days. Sure so a week went by no call back I had to phone again. Spoke to the parts manager who told me that the stock was never obtained from Johannesburg and this is how it goes in the motor business :(really....) but that the part should be there in about another week. Now remeber we cant drive when its raining!!! sure so another two weeks goes by and I phone them again this morning to only hear that the stock was only sent from Johannesburg yesterday and now should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday, but I will have to phone again to make sure. I would like a call back from your management explaining to me how such a crucial part can this long....
