DO NOT BUY GWM VEHICLES IN SWAZILAND OR MPUMULANGA

The service levels for GWM vehicles in Swaziland and Nelspruit area is non-existent! On two previous occasions, I have waited nearly 3 weeks for parts to arrive in Swaziland - the last one, the parts were paid in advance as well! I then thought that I would try the Nelspruit GWM dealer and was promised the earth by some very smooth talking people. I ordered the parts on Thursday 03 December and was told that they would be there in Monday 07 December as it takes 72 hours to get parts from Durban to the outlying areas! I called on Monday and the parts person said he would call back to find out where the parts were. he never called back. I called the dealership, but the phone just rang. I managed to get a mobile number and spoke to the workshop manager - he also promised to call back - again he did not. On Tuesday I called another mobile number and was told that the parts would be in Nelspruit on Wednesday around lunch time. The person promised to call me and verify that the parts would be there - again no phone call! I drove the 3 hours to Nelspruit on Thursday and discovered to my horror that the parts were not there and would only arrive on Tuesday 15 December !
