Disappointed and feeling cheated

Took my vehicle in for a few issues and it came back worse for wear, took it back again with more issues and some of the original issues, after nearly having an accident and loosing control, putting my family lives in danger, after they gave it back to me to test drive the issue was still there and not only was my vehicle filthy and full of bird faeces, it's still with them, I'm trying to contact the owner, because I am truly mind blown, as you always hear about horror stories, until you truly experience one with shoddy workmanship and safety protocols.
