Deterioration of Steering Wheel GWM Steed 2.0 VGT

I've requested assistance regarding my deterioration of My 2022 GWM Steed 2.0 VGT steering wheel... They just informed me that GWM only covers 1 Year or 20 000km for the inside of the vehicle. Did not even ask to see or investigate it...as the Local Service Manager confirmed no problems with Steering wheel...
