C20R Overheating

I purchased a new GWM C20R in April 2015. In December 2016, I had done approx 60 000 kms. My vehicle started overheating. I immediately took my vehciel into the dealer. They inspect4ed my vehcile and gave it back to me the same day stating there was nothing wrong with my vehcile.

Again a few days later, my vehcile stat3ed to overheat. I again took my vehicle back into the agents. They had my car for 3 days (refusing to issue me a loan car, so I had to cover the cost of a hire car). I recevoed my vehcile back and the same day it overheated again.

GWM (Kent Motors) have now had my vehcile 4 times for a total of 11 days. They have flushed the radiator, replaced the waterpump, replaced the thermostat and now have replaced the harness (the internal display) which has now caused the speedometer to reset back to 0.

GWM refuse to issue me with a loan car and expect me to covere the costs of a hire vehcile and the petrol they use every time I leave my car with them to sort out the overheating problem. TO date this has been a cost of over R3000.00 that I have had to cover.

The service of GWM leaves a lot to be desired.
