Broken vehicle

Another very poor experience! So the bakkie is fixed after 6 weeks, yay!! A few of us decided to go to Heiderberg on Saturday for Parkrun. Halfway on our way there, the bakkie was huffing and puffing. We slowed down and made our way to Heidelberg in order not to sit next to the road. As we were only ladies. When we arrived in Heidelberg from Alberton, I called Haval/GWM and informed them that the vehicle is not right. They only informed me to call the AA roadside assistance as they cannot help nie. There were NO answer at the AA and the guys at GWM still wont help. How should we ladies, with a broken behicle now be able to get back home and get the vehicle to Alberton after it was their job to fix it in the first place? even had to pay an access payment of almost R4000. Above all this, I had to use my own insurance to tow the bakkie to Alberton. We even had to get someone who was willing to assist from Roodepoort to come through to Heidelberg in order to take us home in Alberton or we would have also been stranded there. This is realy unacceptable.
