Bad/Poor/Disappointing Service

I don't know where to begin with the poor service I received from GWM Randfontein. I took my car in for a service and only at 4pm was notified that the car was not serviced because of some Haval changes on the system. I immediately called the customer care and right after the vehicle got service. I can't believe that I had to escalate this myself to get assisted and being in my situation 9 months pregnant having to sit an entire day with such disappointing service. I am not even convinced that the right thing was done on my vehicle because I didn't even sign any invoice nor see any job cart of the service. I would never recommend that anyone go to that branch...I am really ached!!! The lady at the service desk even left us sitting and knocked off without even notifying us what will happen once service is complete. I found that very rude such people should not have to assist customers, absolutely no customer service at all. GWM I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!!
