Bad Service GWM West Rand

I went to GWM west rand last week Saturday. I was looking to get the new H1. Firstly the guy who was helping me (Reyno) did not seem really interested. He worked out a repayment amount and took my details however did not offer for me to view the car or test drive it, I had to ask if the car was unlocked and had a look myself. He then assured me that he would give me a call on Monday which it is now Friday and still no call. He went to view my trade in car and a whole bunch of people was around my car, i asked for an estimate of the trade in value and he said he will confirm this on Monday. For a car sales man i am sure they would want to sell as many cars as possible but it seems like they do not want my business as i felt uncomfortable at the showroom. I am not a tyre kicker, I am a serious buyer but I have been treated like they do not want my business.
