Bad service and unable to resolve problems

This is a complaint i want to launch i have recently taken my GWM Florid Cross for the 60000 km service, firstly there was an issue with the power steering belt that they couldn't fix on the same day and this is now the fourth time i have taken the car for the same power steering belt problem, the power steering belt keeps on snapping for some reason, along with that i have reported that the two front fog lights are not working and after talking to the mechanic he said they cant fix it because they do not know what is wrong and they have never seen anything like it so they are not able to fix it. So when i got the car back from the service the service light on the dash board keeps coming on, and then the check engine light also comes on, and when this happens it feels like the car does not have any power, so now i must take the car back again for the third time in two weeks time. This really is the worst service experience i have ever had in my life.
