BAD SERVICE

I bought a GWM STEED from your Pretoria branch our sales person firstly told us he can rubberize the load bin no cost to us and when we got the invoice we saw that the price was included in our document. We found that the rubberising was not done properly and went back to them the guy was very rood and told us he wont fix it after we spoke to the principal dealer they Sended us back to the people to fix the rubberising which I find still not up to standard.

On the load bin on the outside there is a place where it is starting to rust the dealer did take pictures and said that he will send it to head office after we had to phone because they never come back to us now they want to send it to a panel beater to respray we pay more than R200000.00 for it and it is not even 4 months old and less than 4000 km on the clock.

This is unacceptable.
