Appalling and unacceptable Service

The service that I have received from the GWM Boksburg dealership is utterly appalling and completely unacceptable to say the least. After paying a service and delivery fee of R5000.00 I was expected to drive through to the dealership myself to collect my own service booklet (wrong booklet was in my vehicle when I took delivery), registration papers and number plates. I didn't even get a full tank of fuel upon delivery as was promised to me... Well if that was not enough of a joke I was surprised to hear that my vehicle had in fact not even been licensed (4 weeks after delivery). The roadworthy was deemed invalid and the application was rejected. I raised the above issues with the sales executive, Derick Mabunda, and he said that he would sort it out within that week. Nothing ever materialised... I then resorted to contacting Derick's manager who sounded genuinely concerned and said that he would resolve within 2 days. 2 Months Later and still no service. What a joke. Don't ever be fooled in purchasing a single vehicle from these clowns because it really is a circus at GWM...
