After market service

If there was a way for me to zero starts I would

I got a GWM P series and a week later the clutch collapsed and took it to the dealer, I had to call and call with no update and eventually after a week the head service Technician call me and said it could take 6 weeks to get my car fixed. I haven't even paid for my first instalment and the car has been sitting at the dealer for 3 Weeks now

This is very pathetic and disappointing from GWM.
