Absolute Disgust

I am so disgusted with GWM in general. I took my H5 for a service in december 2015 with GWM Edenvale. The service report stated that my front break pads had more then 50% to go before replacment, during this time a loud scratching sound was audable from my front right wheel, apon inspecting from GWM Edenvale we where informed that it was nothing serious and only carben on the disk. We left on holliday and apon return, a week after the loud scratching had become much louder, to which we returned to GWM Edendale. Again they inspected the car, this time revealing that the right break assembly had seized up, they admited fault as the technician was suposed to have pick this up during the service or latest our enquiry about the scratching sound. They offered to replace the break pads if we paid for the skimming of the disk, as neither of these items fall withing the terms of the warenty as they categories "wear and tear" items. This all transpired shortly after our 50 000 interval. In general the life span of a break pad averages between 20 000 to 30 000 km, as clearly visible on our H5's left front break pad's, currently not even half way depleted at 68 000km, +/- 13 000km from december repair. As at our current mileage of 68 000km the same loud scratching sound was again audable from the right front wheel as i was driving my 2year old to school. Whilst in trafic slowing down to stop at a red light pushing the break pedal fell flat to the floor board, next minute i heard and felt a load snapping sound as my break pad fell out of the break assembly, leaving me to bring the car to a holt using my hand break on a down hill. As i was in peak hour traffic i could not simply leave the car in the road and was forced to drive on using only my hand break to slow and stop the car. My husband collected the car and again took the car to GWM Edenvale where the car was then booked in as an emergency break down. A technician was assigned and inspected both front wheels, stating that both front break assemblies had seized up. My husband explained that this had happend no more then 13 000km previously, to which the technician stated that the technician tha preformed the previous repair clearly did not repair it corectly, other wise it would not have seized up again. They proceeded to repair both sides again and served my husband a bill of almost R2000 for the full cost of repair. I feel disgusted by this, seeing that both times they admitted fault. I do understand that these are not items covered by my warrenty but why should i pay for some thing that broke due to poor repair quality. I feel they GWM should man up and pay for their own mistakes. I refuse to drive my own car due to fear of it not be reliable and i dread to think what could have happened to my 2 year old due to GWM's unreliable workmans ship.
