A sad day when I bought my Car at GWM Klerksdorp

<p>I've bought a GWM H5 (2011) model at GWM Klerksdorp on the 28/12/2015 with 96320Km on the Odometer. </p> <p>While driving home with my new car a noise was coming from the gearbox area. I returned to the garage and verbally informed them about the noise that was coming from the gearbox. The said to me that it was nothing to worry about and assured me that it was ok for to drive the vehicle like that. At the same time the Engine Warning Light was also lit up. They said that it was the catalist in the exhaust system that was removed and that I should not worry about it. I just needed to service the car with them. The rubber padding on the control pedals were also worn through. This was also reported and needed to be replaced so that the vehicle can pass the inspection checks at the licencing department.</p> <p>Since then the noise in the gearbox increased gradually. I decided to take the vehicle back to the garage to investigate the problem. Uppon inspection it was discovered that the clutch plate, flywheel, pressure plate and release bearing was worn excessivelly. </p> <p>It was decided to replace these parts and that the policy that I took out from GWM Klerksdorp would cover the costs. The parts that was ordered was of the wrong type and the workshop was then instructed to source the parts locally (not original parts) and install them. Needless to say, I still have a noise problem in the gearbox and an oil leak also developed behind the flywheel. I took the vehicle back to them and they refused to repair these faults.</p> <p>When i told them that I was going to take things further and report them they threateningly rep**** that I must do what I want.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not know what to do next as I am quite frustrated with their service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do hope that you will be able to assist me with this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards.</p> <p>Simon Human</p>
