HORRIBLE SERVICE

Good Day

I recently bought a vehicle from Grayston Motors from a salesman names Noah, the service was terrible from the onset. Was sold a vehicle with mechanical issues which were hidden, they now have my vehicle which I traded in and refuse to give it back as they have taken theirs back now for over 8 days. Every time i call to try speak to the manager or DP I'm told they cannot put me through to them.

I do not know what's happening, they (Noah) refused to give me back my vehicle and wont tell me what's happening. I'm financed with a vehicle I do not have. The worse was when he claimed damage to the vehicle which i did not cause nor knew existed. He tells me straight that I will not be assisting with any loan vehicle. he avoids my calls and texts now. I'm trying to seek help with ABSA to try get this cancelled and get my traded in vehicle back. Please be aware of this place and this salesman they could not care about the customer.

I reached out to the FNI who assisted us and still no call or messages from the Manager or DP Grant de Ridder.
