SALE MADE UNDER FALSE INFORMATION

I was sold a vehicle with incorrect information. Noah told me my car will be under a service plan for 3 years or 60 000 kms. To my surprise when I took the car in for service I was told I exhausted my free services. When I ask him what to do now he tells me he assumed that it was going to be like that. They’re a bunch of ****s.

Grayston Motors – Vehicle Supp**** Does Not Match Finance Documentation

**Grayston Motors – Vehicle Supp**** Does Not Match Finance Documentation** I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Grayston Motors and the manner in which my concerns have been handled. In November 2025, I purchased and financed a Nissan NP200 through Grayston Motors. As a consumer, I re**** on the dealership's documentation, vehicle description, and the information supp**** in support of the finance application. When I recently attempted to trade in the vehicle, an independent dealer identified discrepancies between the vehicle specification reflected in the sale and finance documentation and the vehicle that was actually supp**** to me. I was advised that: * The vehicle supp**** does not correspond with the specification reflected on the invoice. * The vehicle does not have air conditioning despite the finance documentation reflecting an air-conditioned derivative. * The vehicle carries a different M&M Code to the one reflected in the finance documentation. * The vehicle supp**** is a lower-specification and lower-value derivative than the vehicle financed. As a result, I have suffered substantial financial prejudice and have experienced significant difficulty attempting to sell or trade the vehicle. The matter has further raised concerns regarding: * Vehicle specification discrepancies; * Vehicle value; * Insurance implications; * Service history and ownership history. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with Grayston Motors, including visiting the dealership, making telephone calls, sending WhatsApp messages, and submitting formal written correspondence. Unfortunately, meaningful engagement has been limited and I have been left with no option but to escalate the matter. WesBank has now opened a formal investigation into the matter and is currently reviewing the documentation and supporting evidence provided. I am posting this review to share my experience and to encourage other consumers to independently verify: * Vehicle specifications; * M&M Codes; * Service history; * Accident history; and * Ownership history before purchasing a vehicle. I remain willing to resolve this matter amicably and hope that Grayston Motors will engage constructively and take responsibility for addressing the concerns raised. **Case currently under investigation by WesBank.**
