Dishonest dealership

Be careful when purchasing a car from this dealership. Car advertised with FULL SERVICE history. When my husband went to test drive the car, salesman NOAH confirmed that the car had a full service history, We paid 90% on the car and when we collected the car and paid the balance the salesman, NOAH said that someone drove off with the manual and service book but said he knows where it is committed to get it for us. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything the manual and service book is gone. Salesman refuses to communicate with me because I called him dishonest......
