Bad salesmanship

<p>I am really shocked how bad the sales team at this dealership is. I saw a car that I was interested in last week Saturday, I drove through to the dealership and was told the car was in for mag repairs. Throughout the week I kept calling the dealership to find out what is the status on the car as I would like to come and view it and the people at the dealership just does not get back to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Finally, the car was back at the dealership and I made an appointment to go and view it the next Saturday. Got to the dealership the car is parked in I can’t even get to it as I am in a wheelchair and the sales person was aware of this. I eventually got the guy to pull the car out. The car is dirty inside looks like it haven’t been washed in a very long time and the sales guy doesent even know anything about the car. If the sales service is this bad how bad would after sales be? I won’t recommend anyone going to Grayston motors,</p> <p> </p>
